NW Sports, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our team in Lacey, WA.

$15,000 sign on bonus!

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $105,000

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current or pending state licensure
