Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking to transform lives and help patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier? We’re looking for a passionate, patient-focused PT to join our dynamic team! If you love problem-solving, working with a supportive team, and making a real difference, this is the place for you!
What You’ll Do:
Assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve strength.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Educate and empower patients and families with tools and knowledge for long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support seamless patient care.
What You Bring:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) – required.
Active Physical Therapist License – required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association – required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A patient-first mentality with a passion for making a difference!
