Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Full Time Physical Therapist for the OP clinic at an Independent and Assisted Living Community in Oklahoma City and Yukon, OK. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.Synergy Care offers an excellent benefits package including 12 paid days off, 3 sick days, medical/dental/vision insurance, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401K, and free CEU's.
