Location: Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, NYSchedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Rotating Weekend DaysEmployment Type: Per DiemHourly Rate: $67/hr flat rate

Your Day-to-Day:
- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of conditions
- Deliver engaging, results-focused therapy sessions
- Educate patients and their families to promote continued success at home
- Partner with nurses, doctors, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic care
- Document progress and celebrate patient milestones
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Experience: Hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred
- License: New York State PT license (or eligibility with a temporary permit)
- Qualities: Compassion, motivation, teamwork, and a heart for helping others thrive
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day
- Some lifting and maneuvering of equipment or patients (up to 50 lbs)
- Occasional exposure to clinical environment elements (e.g., noise, odors)
