Physical Therapist Yakima WAUrgently Hiring4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Yakima WA. This position is 100% outpatient care, with excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week, providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Must be an excellent team player and work well with other providers in our team-based treatment approach. Our dynamic, award-winning integrated team consists of chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, nurse practitioners, and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment within our successful practice. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation, mobility, and function
- Work collaboratively with chiropractors, massage therapists, nurse practitioners, and other providers
- Educate patients on exercise, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to integrated care planning
- Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or integrative care is a plus
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Full time (Mon-Thurs) 8-6
