Marysville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive and collaborative rehab team! This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in patients' recovery journeys while enjoying a positive and growth-focused workplace.
What You'll Do:
Provide patient treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist and physician care plans.
Document daily treatment notes and progress updates per PT Board requirements.
Assist with patient care conferences and collaborate with the care team.
Train Restorative Aides and support family/caregiver education.
Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment while ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to support quality care.
