Full-Time Position
Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) ready to make a real difference in the lives of others? Marysville Post Acute is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our supportive and collaborative therapy team!
As a PTA, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, personalized care that helps residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
What You'll Do
Provide hands-on therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
Document daily and weekly progress notes per PT Board requirements
Support residents in achieving their rehab goals and maintaining independence
Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and families about patient progress
Help train restorative aides and assist with discharge planning and caregiver education
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
What We're Looking For
Active California PTA license in good standing
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Passion for helping others and making therapy sessions engaging and effective
