Job Description
About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This role is ideal for licensed PTAs who are passionate about helping patients restore function, mobility, and independence. New graduates are welcome to apply—we provide a supportive environment for learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions.
Instruct, motivate, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and clinic guidelines.
Educate patients and families on proper techniques for exercise, mobility, and injury prevention.
Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida.
