Role Description:
· Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and collaborates with other providers in the clinic. Reviews patients’ functional needs and adjusts care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
· Administers physical therapy treatments such as patient exercise using equipment and objective functional testing.
· Employs treatment strategies that utilize proven treatment strategies aimed at achieving patient outcomes and patient retention.
· Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care while maintaining all ethical, legal and professional responsibilities.
· Directs the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
· Communicate effectively with DOR, teammates and facility staff.
· Maintains excellent documentation with evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Regularly updates documentation with confidentiality while maintaining all prescriptions and signatures.
Compensation: $97,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
