OPEN POSITION: Physician - Primary CareSCHEDULE: - Part-Time (2 or 3 Days per Week)- Full-Time (4 or 5 Days per Week)- Flexible Schedule OptionsCLINIC HOURS:- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm- Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm- closed Sundays and holidaysFULL-TIME COMPENSATION:- $200,000 to $250,000+ Base Salary, dependent upon experience- Partnership Option- Malpractice Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- Paid Time Off Package- License / DEA Fees- CME Allowance- Retirement Plan- Full Details NegotiableLOCATION: Suffield, ConnecticutCOMPANY PROFILE: This private practice has been providing a full scope of primary care services to patients in the Suffield area for more than 40 years. They currently employ 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, along with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members. In addition to their traditional weekday clinic operations, they also offer a medical walk-in facility that’s open on the weekends and where they see patients for urgent medical care. They have on-site x-ray, phlebotomy, and lab services.POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is a standard outpatient primary care role. The patient base is 95% ages 18 and up.
