Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Services is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our winter plow and de-icing team! As a Plow Truck/Salt Driver, you'll play a critical role in keeping commercial properties safe and accessible during and after winter storm events. This is an on-call, seasonal position.
Requirements
- An active driver's license with an insurable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Prior experience operating snow removal equipment.
- 24/7 availability during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Dependable transportation and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Clear snow from parking lots, roadways, and designated areas.
- Work efficiently and follow site-specific instructions.
- Perform pre-and post-operation equipment checks.
Compensation:
- $30+ per hour, based on experience.
- Paid weekly via direct deposit.
- Season-End Bonus: $500 for zero unplanned absences.
- Spring Opportunity: Reliable and hardworking individuals may be offered full-time employment in the spring.
