Chemours is seeking a PMC/Day Supervisor to join our growing Fayetteville Works team. This position will be available at the Chemours Fayetteville Works, 22828 NC Hwy 87 W, Fayetteville, NC 28306 and report directly to the Site Services Manager.

The Site Services PMC/Day Supervisor covers PMC responsibilities for Power, Waste Treatment, Thermal Oxidizer, PEF, and Site Infrastructure areas.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The PMC/Day Supervisor will ensure that maintenance work is completed to meet regulatory requirements and to meet the needs of site customers.
  • Coordination, Plan and Schedule business unit shutdown work.
  • Follow the Work Management Process to create Work Orders and follow them to completion.
  • Work with the Area Manager and the site production areas and tenants to schedule and complete planned and emergency work following the work management process.
  • Work with contract administration to schedule off site resources and equipment when required.
  • Ensure equipment is ready for maintenance work on the scheduled day of work execution.
  • Provide guidance to the Site Services team on day-to-day work execution and drive consistent operating standards and operating discipline.
  • Educate/train/coach technicians/operators to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Collect event facts and enter Reliance for investigation, both incident and equipment uptime.
  • Facilitate Uptime RCFAs to drive reliability improvements.
  • Respond to personnel issues. Communicate and foster teamwork among various plant functions. Motivate personnel through recognition and celebrating successes among team members.

The following is required for this role:

  • Successful completion of high school (diploma awarded)
  • SAP PM experience

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Associates degree or higher in post-secondary education is encouraged, but not required
  • Process manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in maintenance work

Pay Range (in local currency):

$81,715.00 - $127,680.00

Annual Bonus Target:

6%

Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
