We are currently looking for a Porter for our apartment community in Miami, FL.

Essential Job Functions:

• Trash pickup on the property
• Clean debris from curbs, sidewalks and entries
• Power wash (exterior siding, patios, balconies, garage panels)
• Touch up painting (railings, posts, parking lines, benches)
• Patch holes and resurface parking lots
• Replace and clean light fixtures in vestibules
• Gutter cleaning
• Moving hot water heaters, appliances, etc.
• Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems
• Help prepare units for presentation, including cleaning and trash outs
• Assist maintenance team with other various tasks required
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs & replace window screens
• Put supply orders away
• Maintain pool area clean pool furniture & empty trash
• Upkeep cleanliness of gym and office
• Bike Rack installation and maintenance
• Shovel snow from sidewalks and entries, salt parking areas, sidewalks and entries
