Power User- Inventory

Position Summary

This position is responsible for transactional accuracy in SAP systems and continuous supporting of the Materials Management team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform Transactions within the SAP system
• Learn all aspects of the Materials Management and Marshaling processes
• Create, analyze, and distribute daily reports associate with MM and SAP transactions
• Systematically investigate missed transactions to proactively identify areas of opportunity
• Support the QA audit process by engaging in question and answer sessions about the MM process
• Support all aspects of the Materials Management process
• Participate in cross-functional problem solving activities as required to define issues and develop solutions
• The position involves operating any and all powered equipment in the warehouse as needed to perform general material handling duties
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Experience with SAP required
• Must be well organized with solid time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• A team player who's able to work with cross-functional teams that have varying needs
• Flexible and ready to thrive in a constantly changing work environment
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient Excel skills - pivot tables, v-look up, etc.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• The ability to stand up for 8 - 10 hours a day required
• Overtime opportunities possible
• All employees for all positions must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
• The ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Must be age 18 or older
