Job Description
Overview:
We design and build immersive, interactive sets and environments that transport guests to entirely new worlds—combining craftsmanship, storytelling, and technical precision to create unforgettable experiences in the entertainment and attractions industry.
As a Pre-Paint Surface Prep Technician, you are the critical bridge between raw fabrication and the final magic. You’ll be responsible for taking components crafted from wood, steel, and plastic and refining them into "guest-ready" surfaces. Whether it’s an intricate prop, a themed cabinet, or a massive set wall, your work ensures that the final finish is flawless and durable enough for thousands of guests to engage with firsthand.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment that rewards patience, a keen eye, and a shared commitment to quality. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our carpentry, CNC, and scenic paint teams—each playing a role in bringing complex, multi-layered environments to life. The people who thrive here are those who find satisfaction in the "grit" of the process, from sanding and bondo work to the final primer, knowing their hands-on craftsmanship is the foundation of a world-class experience.
We’re not just a shop—we’re a hospitality-first company. If you believe that even the smallest detail in surface prep contributes to a larger story, this is the place for you to grow.
