Role Summary
ConcertAI is seeking a dynamic, clinically sophisticated Senior Director of Program Management to lead the delivery of our Precision Launch Program offering. Our Precision Launch Program offerings are a strategic partnership with a Large Pharma organizations around specific brands and therapeutic area adoption rates. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of enterprise-scale, data-driven programs that accelerate clinical adoption, deepen engagement within the various Provider Networks, and deliver meaningful value across both scientific and commercial dimensions.
This leader will serve as the strategic bridge between Commercial Pharma and the Provider Networks -translating complex oncology and clinical data into actionable insights that enhance treatment adoption, and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in oncology combined with a strong ability to communicate across diverse stakeholder groups, including oncologists and pharma commercial teams.
This position sits at the crossroads of science, technology, and healthcare delivery. As Senior Director of Program Management, you will directly influence how precision oncology insights reach clinicians, how data informs care decisions, and how real-world evidence drives therapeutic innovation. Your leadership will shape the way Large Pharma and healthcare providers collaborate to improve patient outcomes through data, science, and technology.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Manages the Precision Launch Program for Large Pharma, ensuring the on-time and high-quality delivery of analytics, dashboards, and clinical insights.
- Oversee all program activities-from design and planning to execution, delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage program governance, risk mitigation, and communication frameworks that ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure solutions meet both technical and clinical rigor.
Scientific & Clinical Liaison Leadership
- Serve as the Scientific Liaison between Large Pharma within the Provider Network-translating oncology and scientific feedback into actionable program enhancements.
- Facilitate bi-directional exchange to ensure dashboards and insights reflect current clinical practice.
- Alongside our Chief Medical Officer, engage with clinicians and key opinion leaders to refine care-gap analytics and improve adoption of digital tools.
- Represent ConcertAI at medical conferences, collaborating with pharma and provider representatives.
Cross-Sector Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with both Pharma-facing teams: (Market Access, Marketing, Franchise, Key Account Managers, Insights and Analytics), and Provider-facing stakeholders: Quality of Care, Digital Transformation and IT, Provider Network leadership, influential oncologists in the institution.
- Lead strategy sessions, workshops, and feedback forums to align on scientific priorities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Clinical Transformation teams to ensure activation, clinician training, and adoption.
- Ensure program materials and insights communicate clearly to both Commercial Pharma and Provider clinical audiences.
- Help shape adoption strategies through evidence-based messaging, clinical education, and feedback loops with both pharmaceutical partners and clinical sites
Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement by synthesizing feedback from pharma and provider stakeholders.
- Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for repeatable success across multiple partnerships.
- Support internal enablement through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and codification of best practices.
- Manage program financial and operational performance to meet delivery and outcome targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- 12+ years in oncology, precision medicine, or healthcare program management.
- Proven success managing Large Pharma partnerships or complex collaborations.
- Deep understanding of oncology workflows and provider engagement.
- Experience in scientific communication and liaison roles.
- Strong background in data-driven healthcare solutions and analytics.
- Strategic and operational leadership in matrixed environments.
- Excellent scientific and clinical literacy.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and performance tracking.
