  • Mentor and develop junior estimating staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating roles, with a focus on multi-family construction

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex preconstruction processes from concept to construction

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

  • Proficiency with estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus structure

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off and holidays

  • Career growth path toward executive leadership

  • Supportive, team-oriented culture with a focus on professional development
