Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Help support manager on event days with guest & employee issues

• Ensure high-quality, well-presented food/drinks are served promptly, meeting quality and quantity standards.
• Train, guide, and monitor team members to ensure adherence to systems, protocols, and safety standards, delegating tasks effectively.
• Greet guests, respond to needs, assess satisfaction, and maintain positive guest relations, especially in premium areas.
• manage daily functions, ensure accurate inventory, handle cash/product control, and enforce sanitation/alcohol service policies.
• Uphold company policies, safety/sanitation guidelines, and responsible alcohol service laws.
