What You'll Do

• Partner with your co-teacher to create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Teach language, literacy, science, life skills, and more using our Balanced Learning curriculum (no lesson planning on your own!)
• Maintain a well-organized, inspiring classroom
• Foster a supportive environment where children feel safe, loved, and confident to explore
