Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour

Sign On Bonus: $750 after 60 days

Job Summary

The Learning Experience is hiring a Daycare Teacher to create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom where children learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead age appropriate lessons, play based activities, and daily routines
• Support children in meeting developmental, social, and emotional milestones
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
• Follow the TLE curriculum and classroom guidelines to ensure a consistent learning experience
• Promote positive behavior, independence, and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education
• CDA or ECE credential preferred
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork
