Prescription Auditor - Pharmacy Liaison
Location: Remote or Hartford, Connecticut

As a Auditing Liaison, you'll ensuring seamless medication management and adherence by reviewing and auditing prescriptions and delivery slips for completion and accuracy.
Connecticut state license as a Pharmacy Technician required
National certification (CPhT) preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legendary care through custom medication management services.
- Prevent and overcome quality gaps and access-obstacles that often prevent patients from healing.
- Educate patients on how our pharmacy services enhance care and improve outcomes.
- Grow the specialty pharmacy's patient population through proactive engagement.
- Ensure medication adherence with outbound check-ups and refill coordination.
- Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with insurance issues, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Manage data, document accurately, and support operational excellence.
- Stay current through education, networking, and professional development.
Skills & Traits
- Skills: Strong communication, independent judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, quick learner, organizational excellence.

Experience & Education
- Licensure: State registration required; CPhT strongly preferred.
- Experience: Strong passion and focus on auditing - attentive to detail and accuracy; 2+ years required; 3-5 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Specialties
Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology is a plus!
