Job Description
Location: PBI Gordon Corp 300 S 3rd St. KCK | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits
Are you a highly skilled maintenance expert ready to take on advanced preventative maintenance challenges? Join our team and put your technical expertise to work keeping our operations running at peak performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced preventative maintenance on production and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Work with PLC control systems, ladder logic, and test equipment.
- Rebuild pumps, motors, gearboxes, and key production machinery.
- Fabricate, weld (MIG/TIG/ARC), and install equipment using P&IDs and blueprints.
- Mentor junior technicians and support a strong maintenance culture.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Expertise in multiple trades (electrical, welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, carpentry, plumbing).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to handle an active, hands-on environment.
