Primary Care Physician Director
Location: Berkley, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $320,000–$330,000 per year
Job Summary: We are hiring a Primary Care Physician Director to lead adult primary care services in a community health clinic serving diverse urban populations. This position blends direct patient care with departmental leadership and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management.
- Set clinical standards, support providers, and oversee performance and panel management.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
- Unrestricted California medical license.
- Proven leadership ability and experience in a community or safety-net setting preferred.
