How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead technical GIS substation projects from concept to installation
Translate customer requirements into innovative engineering solutions
Create substation layouts and technical documentation
Conduct and lead technical meetings with customers and internal teams
Coordinate material orders, fabrication, and installation plans
Drive design optimization and cost-saving initiatives
Collaborate with global engineering teams in Switzerland and India
Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and safety standards
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
3+ years of experience in substation or high-voltage equipment design
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools (Creo and AutoCAD preferred)
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
Ability to travel occasionally for customer and site meetings
