Print & Embroidery Customer Service Representative

Parallel Employment is seeking a dedicated Print & Embroidery Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing their print and embroidery needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding print and embroidery orders via phone, email, and chat.
• Processing customer orders accurately, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Collaborating with the production team to communicate customer requirements and timelines.
• Tracking order status and providing timely updates to customers.
• Resolving issues, complaints, and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and orders in the CRM system.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour

Location: On-site in your local area

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a print or embroidery environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is preferred.
