Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)PRNCare Center – Rifle, CO

Shift Details:This is an as-needed shift (PRN)
What You’ll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our long-term care environment, you’ll be an essential part of our patient care team, helping residents with daily living activities and supporting our nursing staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care tasks
- Supporting implementation of care plans and resident programs
- Coordinating with nurses and departments to ensure seamless care
- Documenting patient information and reporting to supervisors
- Responding to patient needs and providing compassionate service
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado CNA license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of CNA experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $19.50 - $30.19/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
- PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
