Now Hiring: Process Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision and innovation? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your ideas drive real impact? Then this role is for you.

As our Process Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our injection molding operations-leading a talented team, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor processing personnel to achieve peak performance
• Reduce scrap, optimize cycle times, and test materials for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot equipment and support automation systems
• Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, ISO standards, and operational guidelines

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is a must
• 3-5 years in injection molding, including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong grasp of Scientific Injection Molding principles
• Experience with tooling, automation, and troubleshooting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus points for Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001, and Lean Manufacturing training!

Working Conditions

• Exposure to industrial environments (chemicals, machinery, noise)
• Physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing PPE
• Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other IPEX locations or training events
