Job Description
PROCESS TECHWe are looking for a Process Tech to establish all parameters for processing all new tools and new jobs, maintain the highest quality work to ensure customer satisfaction continuously.Pay is based on experience!Job Duties:
- Ensure all processing paperwork is complete
- Assists in training Process Tech I
- Assists Tool Technician in fixing molds
- Assists maintenance in repairing press components/robots
- Troubleshoot current process for any potential improvement
- Promptly responding to machine problems & logging all processing changes
- Fill out all paperwork related to processing a machine (set-up, start-up, and machine adjustments)
- Interfaces with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers, and suppliers to achieve the program objectives.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in Injection Molding
- Knowledgeable about all plastic resins
- Be able to lift 40lbs.
