Our conduct is guided by and grounded in the Bible, as reflected in our Statement of Faith below.What we are looking for:Prison Fellowship is seeking a Product Delivery Manager – Salesforce/Data Warehouse/BI to lead the strategic planning and execution of product and project delivery by aligning technology solutions with stakeholder business processes, ministry goals, organizational priorities, and strategic plan objectives. This role is pivotal to adding exponential value to the entire ministry.Expectations of this role:
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- Maintain sponsor/stakeholder-approved roadmaps (and Jira boards), whichaligns with the Prison Fellowship Strategic Plan and which outlines thecritical path and timelines for delivery of current and future Salesforce, Datawarehouse, and Business Intelligence projects
- Partner with the IT Engineering division for them to define technicalsolutions
- Keep Atlassian stack (JPD, Jira, Confluence), up-to-date, and accessible askey tools for reference, documentation, and training
- Create product roadmaps and lead product strategy and priority
- Provide weekly updates on project progress, system enhancements,maintenance activities, and troubleshooting
- Assess team capacity and resource availability to set stakeholderexpectations and adjust project timelines appropriately.
- 10+ years of Salesforce/Salesforce Product Management experience
- 3+ years Enterprise Data Warehousing/Integration and Business Intelligence
- 5+ years collaborating with a team and distributing work in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Demonstrated successful implementation experience of complex IT systems in an enterprise Salesforce environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and operational needs, and convert into PRDs and Jira work items
- Experience supporting business intelligence
- Experience making product decisions and prioritization tradeoffs
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall technology
- Advanced communication, planning, and organizational skills
- This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a 5% travel component
