This role is for an experienced Product Manager with a strong commercial background in trading who will be responsible for development and optimization of trading platforms, drive innovative features, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while aligning with market trends and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and DevelopmentDefine and execute the roadmap for trading products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needsIdentify opportunities to enhance trading features and flows based on customer feedback and market trends
- Platform OptimizationLead efforts to optimize trading platforms for performance, usability, and reliabilityCollaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure platform scalability and stability
- Feature DevelopmentDevelop and prioritize innovative trading features, such as advanced charting tools, algorithmic trading, and risk management toolsEnsure seamless integration of trading tools with other company products
- Market and Competitor AnalysisConduct in-depth analysis of competitors to identify opportunities for differentiationStay updated on financial market trends and incorporate them into product strategies
- User ExperienceCollaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive trading experienceConduct usability testing to refine product features and interfaces
- Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with trading, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver cohesive product solutionsAct as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure trading products adhere to regulatory requirements in all operating regionsCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to address risk management challenges
- Performance MonitoringDefine and track KPIs, such as platform uptime, trade execution speed, and user satisfactionAnalyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the CFD, forex, or trading industry
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, proprietary platforms) and financial instruments
- Understanding of APIs, trading algorithms, and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with trading platform architecture and functionality
- In-depth understanding of CFDs, forex, and financial markets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications in financial markets are a plus
