Job Description

About Obvio AI

Each year, more than 7,500 pedestrians are killed by drivers in the U.S.—a number that has increased by 70% over the past decade. Despite growing awareness, most cities still struggle to curb dangerous driving. “Vision Zero” efforts across the country are falling short.

Obvio AI exists to change that.

We deploy solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws where pedestrians are most vulnerable—automating enforcement in ways that police departments or traditional systems cannot. Our approach has already led to a dramatic reduction in reckless driving and improved safety for pedestrians, drivers, and law enforcement alike.

Founded by the team behind Motive’s AI dashcam, Obvio is backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Khosla Ventures. We recently raised a $22M Series A and are working with some of the most forward-thinking cities in the country. With meaningful revenue, a massive market, and strong policy momentum, we’re building the intelligence layer for safer streets globally.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive data-informed decision-making across Obvio. This role will sit at the intersection of product, business operations, and leadership—turning raw data into insights, dashboards, and presentations that directly shape strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing product performance, surfacing gaps, spotting emerging trends, and helping the team act quickly on what matters most.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves working with data, thrives on uncovering insights, and can communicate those insights through compelling stories and crisp presentations.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze core business and product performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Use SQL and BI tools to dig deep into product usage, customer behavior, and operational performance

  • Prepare executive-level presentations that distill complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and leadership to ensure data-driven alignment on priorities and initiatives

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate hypotheses, test new product features, or evaluate strategic opportunities

  • Help build the foundation for scalable product operations and reporting as Obvio grows

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, analytics, or a related role

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar)

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations

  • Strong communication and presentation-making skills, with an eye for data storytelling

  • Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving ability

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment

  • Background in mobility, smart cities, or public sector technology

  • Familiarity with Computer Vision based products

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel)

Why Obvio

  • Your work will help save lives and improve road safety

  • Series A of $22M led by Bain Capital

  • Fast-moving startup environment with meaningful ownership

  • Competitive compensation and early-stage equity
