Design and Creative Production

• Design and coordinate print materials including signage, menus, brochures, and sales collateral
• Create and design email marketing campaigns including layout, graphics, and copywriting
• Develop digital advertising and social media graphics to support marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on creative direction and campaign concepts
• Support special projects as assigned, such as events or seasonal campaigns

Asset Management and Brand Consistency

• Maintain organized design files, templates, and the brand's digital asset library
• Apply the SMC Brand Guide to all creative work to ensure consistency across platforms
• Update and refine templates for recurring materials to improve workflow efficiency

Optimization

• Review creative performance from email and digital ads to inform future design improvements
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to test and iterate creative concepts based on results

Collaboration and Growth

• Work closely with the marketing team to align design with overall strategy
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign development
• Show initiative and creative curiosity with a goal of growing

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or a related creative field
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Pro
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar) preferred
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color principles
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Collaborative, curious, and motivated to learn and grow

Salary Description

$24-28/hour
