Job Description

Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Range: $18-20/hr. (based on experience)

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible)
40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

Day-to-Day
  • Process materials through saw
  • Load and unload I-joists by hand into machine.
  • Place materials in job staging area.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required by management.
  • Have Fun and Enjoy what you do!

Skill Set:
  • Great Attitude and a Team Player
  • Display a willingness to comply with and maintain all safety training and policies.
  • Ability to continuously handle, on average, 55 pounds at any given time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, turn, stretch, push and/ or pull different materials (I-joist-LVL/LSL Beams) repeatedly.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete Contract Lumber’s forklift certification program.
  • Be able to tolerate working environments in extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and complete Basic math problems.
  • Ability to communicate well with others.
  • Hardworking, Motivated, Responsible
