About the Position

The Production Manager oversees daily operations for insulation installation crews, ensuring efficient scheduling, coordination, and field performance across multiple projects. This role leads jobsite quality control, manages labor and material resources, supports sales and project management teams, and ensures work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage daily/weekly work for multiple crews
  • Supervise field staff and conduct jobsite visits for quality and code compliance
  • Coordinate job details with GC's, builders, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Track labor hours, productivity, and project timelines
  • Enforce safety policies and conduct inspections
  • Troubleshoot field issues and streamline workflows
  • Support sales/estimating with job readiness and technical insight
  • Approve timesheets, verify job completion, and maintain production reports
  • Train and develop installation personnel
  • Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of construction operations, insulation, or field supervision experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and project documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve issues quickly
  • Proficiency with job management systems and business software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
