Manager to lead our field operations, ensure top-tier service delivery, and help drive efficiency

and profitability.

Position Overview

The Production Manager oversees daily production of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

installation teams. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the

highest quality standards—while maintaining strong team performance and customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and mentor service and install teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

divisions.

● Manage scheduling, job assignments, and resource allocation to ensure timely project

completion.

● Review work orders, budgets, and profitability reports to track performance and improve

efficiency.

● Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance with company standards and local

codes.

● Collaborate with sales and operations to coordinate job start-ups, materials, and

logistics.

● Conduct regular team meetings and field audits to reinforce company goals and

performance metrics.

● Drive accountability and support a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and

customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

● 5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades (multi-trade

experience preferred).

● Proven track record managing field teams and production operations.

● Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow, and project management principles.

● Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

● Knowledge of local codes, permitting, and safety regulations.

● Proficiency with field management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or

similar).

● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
