Job Description
BASIC POSITION DUTIES:
- Leads & coordinates activities of the OE Friction Department to meet organizational objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, employee relations, safety, shipping, continuous improvement, and equipment utilization.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assignment coordinating and training of Production Associates.
- Ensures equipment operation in compliance with established procedures.
- Leads continuous improvement and APS activities.
- Promotes and maintains good working relationships with assigned groups.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate.
- Additional education beyond high school preferred.
- Leadership and/or Team building training is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Strong ability to work in and foster a team environment.
- Ability to lead and inspire others.
- Strong commitment to excellence.
- Good problem-solving skills.
