Production Supervisor
(Bilingual English/Spanish – AM & PM Shifts Available)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay: $25–$33/hr DOE + shift

What You'll Do
Lead and motivate a shift team of 10–20 production employees
Set daily goals and keep production running on time and on target
Oversee quality control, safety, and cleanliness standards
Foster clear, bilingual communication (English/Spanish) across your team
Maintain a positive, productive culture rooted in teamwork
What You Bring
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous leadership experience in production, foodservice, or manufacturing
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-first attitude
Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems on the fly
Organized and follow industry best practices
