Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. A.I. Creative Workflow Specialist – Broadcast Motion Design

Full Time/Regular – (Tampa, FL)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Workflow Specialist to join our Graphic Design and Animation team. This role is for a hands-on innovator who has successfully designed, deployed, and scaled AI-driven production workflows in real creative environments. Focus is to use generative AI to produce design and visual content across branding, campaigns, broadcast and digital experiences. You will identify, develop, and implement AI tools and techniques that enhance speed, quality, and creative output across our daily production pipelines.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can both build AI workflows and help mobilize a team to adopt them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow development and implementation across graphic design and animation production
• Evaluate, prototype, and deploy AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, iteration speed, and creative possibilities
• Design scalable AI production pipelines that integrate with existing creative workflows
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on AI usage in creative production
• Partner with creative leadership to align AI initiatives with artistic and business goals
• Support designers and animators in adopting AI tools and techniques
• Establish best practices, documentation, and governance for responsible AI usage
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and assess their production readiness

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience successfully implementing AI tools and workflows in production environments
• Background in graphic design, motion design, animation, or creative technology
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through workflow change and technical adoption
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted creative processes, including prompt design, iteration strategies, and automation
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily, deadline-driven production pipelines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to creative teams

Preferred Experience & Tools

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as:
  • Google Gemini
  • Runway
  • Adobe Firefly
  • Other generative image, video, motion, or automation platforms
• Experience establishing AI standards, ethical usage guidelines, and QA processes
• Background working in fast-paced creative studios, agencies, or media environments

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $65,000.00-70,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
