Job Description

As Program Manager, you'll serve as the single point of accountability for overall contract performance, customer relationship management, scope/schedule/cost, risk, quality, and SAFe Agile delivery across a large, multi‑team IT program in the Intelligence Community. Team consists of software, AI/ML, Database, Cybersecurity Engineers as well as additional supporting skillsets for a wide-ranging mission focused on building, enhancing, maintaining, and modernizing a large collection of analytic programs. Lead program governance, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure compliance with security, contract, and reporting requirements.

What you'll do:

  • Own end‑to‑end program delivery (planning, IMS, CDRLs/CDRL cadence, KPIs), including risk/issue/decision management and exec reporting.
  • Build trusted relationships with Government leadership; run PMRs, IPRs, and stakeholder forums.
  • Lead Agile/SAFe implementation across trains/teams; partner with RTEs/POs to ensure value delivery and flow.
  • Resource plan, hire, and develop high‑performing cleared teams; coordinate with Recruiting under Greenhouse process.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and auditability of delivery (e.g., documentation, change control).
  • Manage subcontractors, SLAs, and quality; drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
  • Manage and mentor the project management leadership layer of a large-scale IT program

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Hold an active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph security clearance.
  • 8+ years managing large IT programs in the Federal/IC environment.
  • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist/SA) and demonstrated Agile program leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree (STEM, Business, or related)
  • PMP or equivalent preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $207,000 - $226,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Company-paid training and/or certifications
  • Referral bonuses
