Program Specialist - Adult Day Program

Lead, support, and inspire! The Program Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of services and supports for our clients. This role ensures that individualized plans are implemented in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards, while promoting a safe, engaging, and person-centered program environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support program assistants to ensure participant safety and well-being.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans for participants.

• Ensure daily schedules, activities, and services align with participants’ goals.

• Track and document progress, outcomes, and program data accurately.

• Collaborate with families, staff, and outside professionals to meet participant needs.

• Maintain program materials, equipment, and a positive environment for participants and staff.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, St. Joseph’s Center policies, and safety procedures.

• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

What's Required of You

• Associate’s Degree and/or 60 college credits in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
