JOB SUMMARY
The Program Supervisor is directly responsible to the Executive Director for the day-to-day operations of the program services. The Program Supervisor manages the functioning of service delivery teams, which provide a wide array of community-based youth and family support services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Monitors and controls the delivery of assigned program requirements in accordance with Agency standards and acceptable professional practices.
Monitors and ensures that documentation and case records are developed and maintained in accordance with Agency and program standards.
Provides supervision and performance management of program staff, if applicable.
In partnership with the Executive Director, develops, maintains, and assures implementation of on-the-job training and orientation of new staff.
Monitors and controls the referral and intake process, maintaining high quality service delivery and good working relations within the community being served.
Implements and maintains quality assurance systems and reporting programs related to clinical services and participates on Quality Improvement teams as assigned.
Provides direct services as needed to ensure program and service delivery continuity.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with community agencies and stakeholders such as Social Services, Juvenile probations, Mental Health, and education.
If needed, provides on-call services for service delivery team.
Completes other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of a clinical program with a Masters' or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science from an accredited educational institution.
