No Car? No Problem- We Provide One! At Pathways to Community (PTC), we’re hiring a Program Support Professional III who’s ready to bring energy, compassion, and care to every shift. This unique role offers the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities one-on-one and in small group settings—while also getting out into the community for weekend events, and activity outings.If you’re passionate about making a difference and love the idea of helping others grow, explore, and thrive—we want to talk with you!Position Title:Program Support Professional IIISchedule:You choose 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday) you're available to be scheduled to work between 2:00pm–9:00pm.Every weekend, full availability is required from Saturday 8:00am to Sunday 9:00pmPosition Type: Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteedCompensation:$20.50 per hour Location:Twin cities metro area In this role you will be making a difference by:
- Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence.
- Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.
- Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
- Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed).
- Carry a valid driver’s license
- Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car)
- Hold an acceptable driving record.
- Possess strong English communication skills.
- Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- A company vehicle for all work and some personal use. ($100 monthly stipend if electing to use personal vehicle.)
