Are you looking for a value-based company to continue your career as a Project Coordinator?Adams, Inc. has been in the electrical contracting field since 1988, and currently serving customers at seven locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Residential Electrical team on-site in Elkhorn, WI. This is a first-shift, Monday - Friday position. The pay range for this role is $21.60 - $28.50 per hour, based strictly on recent, relevant experience. The Project Coordinator manages key customer accounts, creates estimates, and oversees project management within specific trades. This role focuses on front-end planning and overall project management, working closely with Support Specialists who handle detailed administrative tasks. The Project Coordinator ensures the successful initiation, planning, and execution of projects by leveraging trade-specific knowledge, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various departments. The ideal candidate is strategic, client-focused, and able to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously. 
Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred 
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management 
  • Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
