Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role combines estimating, scheduling, and field coordination to deliver high-quality commercial builds.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed commercial construction estimates and bids
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes for accuracy and risk
- Oversee on-site progress, budgets, change orders, and cost control
- Coordinate field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Requirements
- Strong electrical estimator with McCormick experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
