Job Description
We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage asphalt, paving, and construction projects from estimating through execution. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project oversight, and field coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for asphalt, paving, and construction projects
- Manage projects from bid award through closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to manage scope and expectations
Requirements
- Experience in asphalt, paving, or heavy civil construction project management and estimating
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Professional, client-facing communication abilities
