Job Description
We’re hiring an Industrial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role combines estimating, project execution, and field coordination to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage industrial construction projects from bidding through closeout
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for industrial construction scopes
- Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and material procurement
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Requirements
- Experience in industrial or heavy commercial construction project management
- Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and stakeholders
- Professional communication skills with a strong attention to detail
