Job Description
We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential remodeling projects from initial estimate through final completion. This role requires strong estimating skills, field coordination, and consistent client communication.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate construction estimates, budgets, and proposals
- Manage multiple home renovation projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and on-site activities
- Maintain clear client communication throughout each project
