About The Role

As a Project Manager within ePS Packaging, you will lead the successful delivery of enterprise ERP implementations for customers across the packaging industry. This remote role partners closely with customers and internal teams to manage complex, large-scale software implementations from initial discovery through go-live and post-implementation review.

Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, you will play a critical role in enabling customers to achieve their business and operational goals through disciplined project management, consultative leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement. The position requires approximately 20% travel during implementation and rollout phases.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for ePS ERP software implementations, ensuring delivery aligned to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource estimation, scheduling, budgeting, dependency management, and change management planning
  • Manage project execution against approved plans while tracking progress, milestones, risks, issues, and financial performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and proactive stakeholder engagement
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal and customer stakeholders, including progress, risks, mitigation plans, and budget-to-actual reporting
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective resolution strategies
  • Control project scope through formal change management processes
  • Align implementation projects with customer strategic and operational objectives, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with customers to guide and advise on change management throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement within ePS project management practices
  • Manage project documentation, deliverable signoff, invoicing processes, and customer understanding of contract terms and scope
  • Promote the value of ePS Professional Services, identifying opportunities to expand customer value through additional services or project extensions

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing software solution implementations for external customers
  • Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale projects from planning through go-live
  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer expectations while balancing priorities and delivery capability
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira preferred
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
