Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT support services for a Navy program. This position provides leadership across technical teams delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and service desk operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for program leadership and contract reporting.
Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables to meet Navy requirements.
Coordinate technical teams (network, cybersecurity, service desk, SharePoint) and subcontractors.
Track performance metrics, staffing, risks, and budgets.
Lead program reviews, quality assurance, and compliance reporting.
Support transition planning, onboarding, and training.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years project or program management experience on IT service contracts.
Strong knowledge of IT service delivery and federal contract operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
PMP certification preferred.
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearance.
