- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and clear communication.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, budgets, and estimates; issue work orders aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality workmanship.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to support timely and efficient delivery.
- Secure contracts, change orders, and required documentation; upload and maintain records in RMS.
- Review job accounting reports and track project budgets to ensure financial goals and cost controls are met.
- Coordinate accurate invoicing, payment collection, and job closeouts.
- Proactively identify and address jobsite safety and compliance concerns; enforce proper PPE and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Represent and promote the PD Construction / Paul Davis brand through professional communication and community engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently achieving strong Net Promoter Scores and client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractor relationships simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building products, construction methods, and current technologies
- Experience with construction management software
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
